HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 ink Cartridges
The HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 printer uses HP 953, 953XL, 957, and 957XL ink cartridges.
To install ink cartridges in the HP OfficeJet Pro 7720:
- Open the ink cartridge access door
- Remove the ink cartridges from their packaging
- Insert the cyan cartridge into the corresponding slot
- Push the cartridge in until it snaps into place
- Install the magenta, yellow, and black cartridges
- Close the ink cartridge
When removing the ink cartridges from their packaging, hold them by their sides and avoid touching the copper-colored contacts and nozzles.
To clean the printhead, use the automated tool from the printer control panel. Never turn off the printer when ink cartridges are not installed.
